We want you to be completely satisfied with your hand-signed fine art print. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 90 days of receiving your order. Please read our return policy below: Eligibility for Return To qualify for a return, the print must be in its original condition, unframed, and free from any damage. The print must also be returned in the original packaging or a similarly protective package to ensure safe transport. We cannot accept returns for prints that have been damaged, altered, or framed. Return Process Request a Return: Please contact our customer service team at djc@naturalexposures.com to initiate the return process. We will provide you with the appropriate return address. Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of your print. We cannot be held responsible for any returns that are lost or damaged during return shipping. Inspecting the Return: Once we receive the returned print, we will inspect it to confirm that it is in original, undamaged condition. If the print meets our return criteria, we will process your refund. Refund Process Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned print is received and inspected. Please allow up to 7–10 business days for the refund to be processed after we confirm the return. The original shipping charges are non-refundable. Damaged or Defective Prints If your print arrives damaged or defective, please take photographs of the damage and send them and your order number to djc@naturalexposures.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue by offering either a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs for the damaged print.
